The Daytona TC-890T Heavy-Duty Tire Changer is designed for professional tire shops and automotive service centers that need the strength and versatility to handle larger, wider, and more challenging tire assemblies. Featuring a tilt-back column with pneumatic locking and an air-operated bead lifting and pressing system, the TC-890T helps make mounting and demounting stiff and low-profile tires faster and more efficient.

With an inside rim clamping range of 15" to 28" and an outside rim clamping range of 13" to 26", the TC-890T accommodates a broad selection of passenger vehicle and light-truck wheels. It can handle tires up to 42 inches in diameter and wheels up to 14 inches wide, providing the versatility needed for demanding everyday tire service.

The TC-890T is equipped with a powerful pneumatic bead breaker producing up to 2.75 tons of force, helping separate stubborn tire beads from the rim. An oversized bead-seating air blaster delivers a strong burst of air to assist with seating difficult tire beads, while the adjustable inflation system provides greater control during inflation.

For challenging tire installations, the integrated air-operated bead lifting and pressing system assists the technician in controlling stiff and low-profile tire sidewalls during mounting and demounting. Rim clamp protectors and dismount head protectors help minimize the risk of scratching or damaging finished and chrome wheels during service.

Additional shop-ready features include a built-in soap reservoir, air filter, lubricator, and water trap, providing a complete tire-changing workstation designed for dependable professional use.
